Said on its own, "automation" sounds like a project that takes months. In the work I do in São Miguel, it is a flow that already exists and is still done by hand. The Practical Automations package starts at €300 and is ready in one to two weeks. It covers one process.

Clinics: the appointment arrives with the specialty

The message comes in on WhatsApp, the form, Instagram, and the phone. Someone has to work out whether it is physiotherapy, psychology, or a first visit, and whether it can wait.

The request asks for the specialty, a preferred time, whether it is the first visit, and a contact. Reception opens a list that is already split. The patient gets a confirmation that the request arrived. The booking itself is still made by the clinic, against the real diary.

Cleaning and technical services: the quote stops going backwards

The same "contact us" form receives a regular clean, a post-build clean, and a breakdown. The address is missing, the type of job is missing, and someone asks again.

A request by type of job separates the work, the area, and the rough size. The person who prices it opens the file with the minimum already filled in. When the volume grows, the next step is a reminder if the quote gets no reply.

Local rentals: a stay request off the platform

A lot of houses in the Azores get demand through Booking and Airbnb. The platforms bring guests, and they also take a commission. Someone who already knows the house, or who arrives from Google, can ask for dates on a page that belongs to the property.

An Essential Landing Page or a Business Website can include that request: dates, number of people, and a contact. The message confirms it arrived, tells the person who runs the house, and keeps the request in one place. The platforms' booking engines stay. This is the channel for people who already know the name of the house.

One at a time

If appointments get lost, start with triage. If quotes go out late, start with the type of job. If direct bookings live in a WhatsApp thread with no record, start with the request page.

If the site already exists and only needs to stay current, the fit is Maintenance, from €79 a month. If there is no page yet, the landing page from €250 is often the first step, and the automation comes after.

I am in São Miguel and I work with businesses in the Azores and mainland Portugal. If one of these flows is yours, talk about the project.
